About me
I help leaders think clearly about entrepreneurial decisions. Over the past decade, I’ve supported clients at every stage of business ownership — from early tech founders to experienced operators considering buying a company to SME owners looking to transfer their business— and helped them navigate the strategic and personal questions that shape their next step. My work is grounded in my background as a P&L leader in public companies as well as SME and my experience working with investors and operators in private equity. Born in Indonesia, raised in Switzerland, educated in the UK, I've worked in the US, UAE and Taiwan, I’m naturally attuned to cross-cultural contexts and diverse life stories. Since 2024, I work with companies, teams and investors under the SFM advisory brand.
I speak English, French & German, I am a Hogan certified consultant.
