About me
I help leaders think clearly about entrepreneurial decisions. Over the past decade, I’ve supported clients at every stage of business ownership — from early founders to experienced operators considering acquisition — and helped them navigate the strategic and personal questions that shape their next step. My work is grounded in my experience as a former P&L leader in public companies and SMEs. As a third-culture kid, I’m naturally attuned to cross-cultural contexts and diverse life stories. I work with companies, teams and investors under the SFM advisory brand and have my own coaching practice.
I speak English, French, and German and I am a Hogan certified consultant. Oh, and I love airports.
